Our Goals

Why We Are Building a Recreation Center

Community
Needs

Our community and greater surrounding areas desparately need a year-round pool for recreation and competition. Southern Idaho residents have been begging for more indoor recreational spaces. Our rec center will accommodate our community's desires and provide year-round, indoor recreation for everyone.

Recreation for Children & Families

There is not very much for children and families to do in our area during the colder, winter months. Our rec center features indoor play structures, a children's museum, and indoor water play space year-round to provide kids in our community with sustainable recreation.

Stengthening Community

We anticipate River's Edge to attract thousands of people every year, inside and outside our immediate communities. This will have a ripple effect that will bring in more business for local vendors and improve the quality of life for everyone who uses it.
